About Jeremy
As an accomplished and well-respected DJ today, Jeremy Granger found his love of dancing in the hip-hop clubs of the mid-90s. From there, he was introduced to electronic dance music in 1998 and never looked back. Around 2000, he discovered house music thanks to DJ Chadwick of Wicked Smile in Raleigh, North Carolina. With his new love, Jeremy endeavored to become a DJ, not just to get himself dancing but to bring that same passion to the ears and the feet of others. Around this same time, Jeremy connected with Larry Johnson and started Gruv Glu Production together in Raleigh.
While promoting and playing parties, he met and befriended several industry veterans such as Scott Henry, DJ Dan, and Charles Feelgood. Scott Henry recognized Jeremy’s raw talent to move the dance floor and asked the promising DJ to play at Washington D.C.’s Club Nation for Buzz Life Productions.
With this milestone, Jeremy’s opportunities opened up and he began moving the masses at venues in Charlotte, Richmond, Miami, the Bahamas, and many other locations. Later, DJ Dan showcased Jeremy’s exceptional talent on the podcast, Stereo Damage. Granger’s mixes brought a consistently aggressive style popular with listeners. DJ Dan made him a resident of the podcast, where he continues to push the envelope on his technique. Through this and other ventures, Jeremy continues to do what he loves, bringing joy to those that love dance music as much as him.
